7. Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of food products, all sales of cocoa powder and related items are final. We do not accept returns for health and safety reasons. However, if your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@ifison.com with photos of the issue, and we will provide a replacement or full refund at our discretion. Refunds, when issued, will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
