How do I place an order?
Browse our shop, add products to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You can check out as a guest or create an account. We accept all major credit/debit cards via Stripe and PayPal.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover through Stripe. We also accept PayPal. All transactions are encrypted and secure.
Do I need an account to order?
No — guest checkout is our default. After completing your purchase, you can optionally create an account to track orders and save your details for next time.
Shipping
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to all 50 US states. International shipping is not available at this time.
How much does shipping cost?
Orders under $200 ship free. For orders above $200, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location, product weight, and carrier (UPS or USPS).
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. You can track directly through UPS or USPS websites.

What sizes are available?
Most products come in 5 lb and 11 lb sizes. Some specialty items may have different options. Check individual product pages for available sizes.
Do you offer wholesale pricing?
